Refund policy

Returns & Refunds
We accept returns and refunds in line with Australian Consumer Law. If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible with your order details and photos of the issue. For change-of-mind returns, items must be unused, in original condition, and returned within a reasonable timeframe. Refunds will be issued once the returned item has been inspected. Return postage at buyers expense.

Items cannot be refunded once shipped, must wait until product is received and sent back to Osiris Offroad.

 

1-Year Warranty Policy
All our products come with a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase.
This warranty covers manufacturing defects and faults in materials or workmanship when the product is used under normal conditions and installed as intended.
If a product is found to be defective within the warranty period, we will, at our discretion, repair, replace, or refund the item.

• Manufacturing defects
• Material or workmanship faults
• Issues occurring during normal, intended use


What’s Not Covered
• Normal wear and tear
• Misuse, abuse, or incorrect installation
• Modifications or unauthorised repairs
• Accidental damage
• Cosmetic wear that does not affect function


How to Make a Warranty Claim
Please contact us with your proof of purchase, a description of the issue, and clear photos or videos showing the fault. We will assess the claim and respond as quickly as possible.


Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
